Nonna Rosa’s changing hands, but keeping the traditions

For the first time in a long time, husband-and-wife team Francesco and Tina Suglia will not be running a restaurant. The couple opened Nonna Rosa’s in 2010. Their last day of ownership is Sunday. Taking over the restaurant will be Jesse Pfliger, a veteran of the industry and friend of the Suglias. “Really the goal with transition is keeping everybody on board, and keep everything the same. I really wanted to spend the time to make sure that we paid tribute to everything they built here,” said Pfliger.
